Not only large and midsized companies but also small business can use IT-GRAD’s solutions.
IT-GRAD Company has all the necessary licenses and permits to operate.
Cloud services providing models
By cloud computing we mean providing remote access users with computer resources and capacities, applications through the Internet; with that, the users should not pay attention to the nature and place of their origin: hardware, technical support, installed software. There are three models of cloud computing:
- IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service)
- SaaS (Software-as-a-Service)
- PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service)

IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) - is providing the end users with information infrastructure as a service. In this case the user does not need to purchase server and network equipment, specialized software; it receives the required resources by outsourcing model with guaranteed working capacity.
SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) - is providing the user with access to the application through communication channels. The most common option is to access directly via your browser window. You simply type in the required address, enter the login and password and get your running programs. It does not require any distribution, licenses, installations. Alternative ways to “deliver” applications to the user’s computer are remote applications (Microsoft RemoteApp) and virtual applications (XenApp).
PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) - is providing the user with a specific platform to solve specialized tasks: testing and developing of business applications, web hosting of applications.
Advantages of Cloud Computing:
- High level of virtualization
- High degree of data security
- High availability of applications
- Advanced fault tolerance
- Optimization of costs: no capital expenditures, the user pays only for those resources which it uses at a given time
Data security and reliability level is considerably important when using cloud computing; our company provides its services in accordance with SLA (Service License Agreement), agreement on the service level, which specifies parameters associated with productivity. We are financially responsible in case of violation of availability of the provided services.
In these cloud computing models such a technology as virtualization occupies not the last place because only thanks to it you can build effective cloud computing.
Virtualization – is a technology which allows to separate the “physical” component from the “logical” one by abstracting the resource use from the actual hardware complexity. With regard to server infrastructure, virtualization allows to combine servers resources (memory, CPU, disk space) into one big cloud of resources with subsequent creation of a virtual machine or machines with configuration required by the customer, thus the user can create its own virtual data center.
