At IaaS service IT-GRAD offers virtual infrastructure (VI) for rent - a flexible solution to create its own fleet of virtual servers (virtual data center).
You can rent one or several virtual servers of required configuration to implement your IT tasks. Virtual servers are hosted at branded equipment in a secure data center which provides high availability of services.
What this means for you
Through the provided control panel you can completely manage your virtual servers: create and clone virtual servers, change their configuration, enable, disable, install the OS, manage network configurations, publish applications in the Internet.
Our virtual servers are based on VMware. This means the ability to install almost all known OSs at your virtual servers.
Cost of resources rent
Cost of the virtual data center resources depends on quantity and quality of resources defined in SLA and on the model of using virtual infrastructure:
- Pay-As-You-Go – payment for actual consumption. None resources are reserved for virtual servers; payment is based on the actual use of resources within the stipulated time (hour, day, week, month);
- Allocated – payment for a guaranteed number of resources allocated to your virtual servers. Resources are always reserved for you regardless of availability and utilization of resources by other clients.
There is an ability to allocate and guarantee a fixed number of input-output operations (iops) at the rented disk space.

- at the level of computing capacity rather than at the level of hardware.
- you choose the very number of gigahertz and gigabytes you really need now.
- if necessary, there is always the ability to increase the amount of consumed resources easily.

VMware vApp technology gives you the ability to operate not a set of operating systems, programs and a list of settings for certain tasks but one distribution which represents a single unit and allows to solve a specific set of problems. This simplifies maintenance and allows to reduce the extra staff costs. Now it is enough to test the update, program or operating system version on a single machine and to extend the distribution to all the rest.
Virtual devices are an operating system and application, combined with metadata in a standard OVF format (Open Virtual Machine Format). This device represents a ready-to-run virtual machine which is very convenient for the cloud infrastructure user. Thus, instead of configuring several servers separately it is enough to do it once, to create Virtual Appliances distribution and the further replication of this system will be no trouble for you or your partners.
