To render our services we use our own HighEnd equipment from the leading manufacturers, which is located in data centers, that has reliability rating not lower than TIER III. Infrastructure support procedures are carried out in strict accordance with ITIL v3 methodology and ITSM/MOF practices. We use the best virtualization solution - VMware. It allows us to provide high level of security, reliability and accessibility.
IaaS
Renting infrastructure in cloud computing means that we provide a resource pool and allow the customer to create his own park of virtual servers. The customer is permitted to create and clone virtual machines, amend their configuration, operate network configuration, install software, publish them online on his own.
Within the scope of this service the customer doesn't need to create his own DPC infrastructure or acquire any equipment. All the necessary equipment and software, including administration and service maintenance thereof, are provided on the ready-to-operate basis according to functional outsourcing model.
The cloud-based virtual infrastructure can contain both small projects (for example, online shop, virtual automatic telephone station) and the entire IT-infrastructure of a company from 100 people and more.
SaaS
Within the scope of this service the customer is offered to hand over IT-services of its company for external maintenance partially or in complex. As an addition to provided infrastructure, within the scope of this service the customer gets service support on the end-to-end basis: application administration, updates installment, rent of additional licenses, model-based health monitoring, data back-up, secure web publishing.

Within the scope of this service we offer our customers to rent virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) - standard virtual desktops completely ready for operation. The customers VDI are located in the IT-GRAD cloud and the customers can connect to and operate on them from any place where there is access to Internet.
The Daas Service may be provided to the customer of the basis of VMware View or Citrix XenDesktop solutions. As an addition we can rent out thin-clients.
